Usage
The plug should be rolled in the hands forming a cylinder, and then inserted deep into the ear.
Hold the inserted plug in the ear canal for about 30 seconds until it expands completely.
Use your fingers or a mirror to check that the plug has been fully inserted. Only the end of the plug should be visible or palpable.
