The Vorel pyrometer is a portable device that allows you to measure temperature without the need for contact with the measured object.
Thanks to the wide range of measured temperatures, battery power supply and low weight, the device can be
used in a variety of applications.
The device is delivered complete and requires no assembly.

For remote temperature measurement in the range from -30 to 250 degrees Celsius. Usage
Aim the device at the measured object, then press and hold the "Meas." Button. Indication
the temperature will be visible on the LCD screen.
The accuracy of the indication depends on the distance to the object and the size of the measured object. In order to get the most accurate
measurements, the measurement principle visible in Figure (II) should be applied, where the ratio of the diameter of the measuring disc to
the measuring distance is equal to the optical resolution of the instrument. The measured object is larger than the selected one
measuring disc. The most accurate measurement results are obtained when the object size is at least twice as large
from the surface of the measuring disc. The temperature of small objects should be measured from a short distance. Make sure there are no obstacles
(glass, plastic, steam, etc.) between the pyrometer and the measured object.
