Astro welding helmet with a true color auto-darkening filter, allowing you to observe the welding arc in real colors. Certified welding filter in the highest optical class 1/1/1/1. The filter provides a large field of view of 100x68 mm and protection against UV/IR rays at the DIN 16 level. The filter is protected against splinters by a glass made of durable polycarbonate. Four arc sensors and precise electronics will detect an electric arc from TIG with an intensity of only 5A. The filter is powered by a solar cell and a LIR2450 battery, which can be charged via the built-in USB-C port.

The visor has a smooth adjustment of the degree of darkening, adjustment of sensitivity to the intensity of the light source, as well as adjustment of the time of maintaining the dark state after welding. A button on the outer shell turns off the dimming function. The helmet can then be used as a means of personal protection, e.g. against sparks from cutting or grinding metal. A four-point harness, sweatband, size and working angle adjustment system allow you to adjust the helmet position to individual requirements and work comfort.

The filters have a TEST button that allows you to check the operation of the auto-darkening function. A routine of checking the filter for proper operation each time will help protect the operator's eyes and health.
