SMOKING, STEAM COOKING When using the product for steaming or smoking, use both parts of the grill chamber and the lid. Place the kindling in the bottom bowl and the wood for smoking on the bowl grate. Wood cannot burn, only smoke, soak it beforehand or use a ready-made product. If the wood is cut into too small pieces, it should be placed on aluminum foil or trays. Place the bowl on the upper hooks and fill it with water, to which you can add herbs for the aroma. The water in the upper bowl will prevent the food from drying out during smoking. Place a grate on the bowl on which food intended for steaming will be placed.
