The product can be used as a grill, in which case the upper part of the grill chamber should be disassembled and the lid should be placed directly on the lower chamber. When using the product for steam cooking or as a smoker, use both parts of the grill chamber and the lid. Place the kindling in the lower bowl and the wood for smoking on the grate of the bowl. Wood cannot burn, only smoke, so it should be soaked beforehand or use a commercially available product. If the wood is cut into too small pieces, they should be placed on aluminum foil or trays. Place a bowl on the upper hooks and fill it with water, to which you can add herbs for aroma. The water in the upper bowl will prevent the food from drying out during smoking. Place the grate on the bowl on which the food to be steamed will be placed. Food intended for smoking should be hung on the hooks attached to the bars of the lid
